The new Vaiano (Prato) facility features a company-owned complex spanning over 16,000 square meters, set within a natural environment and based on the concept of reducing environmental impact. Photovoltaic panels covering the entire roof of the plant optimize the production cycle by generating clean, renewable energy: they harness the sun—an inexhaustible resource—to produce energy without emissions of carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gases responsible for global warming.

The company is equipped with a complete internal production chain. The “manual assembly” department for the artisanal production of linings requires high manual skill and experience, while the automated systems include a computerized pantograph for shaping expanded foams, spring box assembly, quilting machines (tacked and continuous), side-banding and handle-attaching machines for the production of side borders, tape-edge machines for traditional mattresses, and finally, automatic packaging machines (double heat-sealed cellophane), also suitable for vacuum-rolled products.
